The theme behind the title of this album refers to a feeling of emotional relapse after a period of success and triumph. A feeling where you feel like you've forgotten that you've overcome what you've been fighting and find yourself feeling like you're "Regressing to old defaults" or an old state of mind.
This album is a representation of these feelings, however throughout the track list I'm hoping you can hear an increase in optimism and positivity as the album progresses. In this manner it is my hope to convey that after an emotional relapse, it's still only a matter of time before you find yourself building back up to your norm, and a frame of mind where you can see the paths to your future successes and happiness. After all, I just want you (and me) to see the sunshine.
